Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated during the checkout process for your order. Typically, order processing spans 1-3 business days; however, this may extend to 4-7 days depending on order volume. Please note that custom orders, pre-sales, backorders, and made-to-order items may incur different processing times. Orders are primarily shipped on Thursdays, as we do not operate on weekends. Your package will be dispatched via USPS, although we occasionally utilize UPS or DHL based on the delivery location. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you are within the United States, kindly allow 4-7 days for your item to reach you after it has shipped.

DELAYS / ADDRESS CHANGES / LOST PACKAGES / RETURN TO SENDER:

Once your order has been shipped and you have received tracking information via email, Immortelle Bijouterie shall not be liable for any shipping delays or for packages that are lost or stolen. Upon leaving our facility, the responsibility for your package lies with USPS, UPS, or DHL, and it is necessary for you to file any claims through them. In such cases, you may enter your tracking number into a Google search to determine which carrier to contact. Please refrain from emailing us for shipping status inquiries. 

For packages returned to the sender, we encourage you to reach out to us to arrange for reshipment. Please be aware that the additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. If your package is unaccounted for but tracking updates are absent, it is possible that the mail carrier has misplaced it and failed to scan it upon receipt. In this instance, customers have a window of two months from the creation date of the tracking number to contact us for assistance. After this period, Immortelle Bijouterie cannot be held responsible for the lost package, though we will strive to find a solution. *Note that tracking numbers expire after three months, and we will be unable to locate your package or offer information beyond this timeframe. Should you relocate after placing your order, we cannot guarantee that your address can be altered or that your package can be rerouted. It is advisable to set up mail forwarding if you change your address subsequent to your order placement.

TAXES & DUTIES:

Orders dispatched to countries outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment serves as the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees incurred. Immortelle Bijouterie disclaims any responsibility for your tax obligations or duties. Should you decline an order from Immortelle Bijouterie, you will remain responsible for the initial purchase price, shipping fees, any Import Fees charged, as well as the cost of having the package returned to Immortelle Bijouterie. *Please be advised that refusing to pay your duties can sometimes result in significantly high fees.
