We took historical inspiration and used pleated gathers to give a gorgeous draped effect to the Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt.
Measurements: Our versatile drawstring elasticated waist allows for the Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt to be adjusted from a 20 inch waist to a 52 waist measurement.
Length: Varies slightly around 44 inches. Our Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt is designed to be easily "pinned up" at the gathers if desired allowing for the skirt to fit over most underpinnings such as our Panniers, Crinolines or Full Hoops.
The Birds of Persia Ball Gown Skirt is offered in two volumes, our original 6 yard ball gown skirt and our grande 10 yard ball gown skirt. Our 6 yard ball gown skirt is designed to go over most standard panniers, crinolines and 3 to 4 layer petticoats while our 10 yard Ball Gown Skirt is designed for larger panniers, crinolines and 6 layer petticoats.
Our Ball Gown skirts are all one size, as each ball gown skirt has a drawstring and a generous elastic band for the perfect fit. Our designs and prints are exclusive to Immortelle Bijouterie.
