Measurements: Our versatile drawstring elasticated waist allows for the Emerald Green Shimmer Ballgown Skirt to be adjusted from a 20 inch waist to a 52 waist measurement.
Length: Varies slightly around 44 inches. Our Emerald Green Shimmer Ballgown Skirt is designed to be easily "pinned up" at the gathers if desired allowing for the skirt to fit over most underpinnings such as our Panniers, Crinolines or Full Hoops.

This skirt is very lightweight to enhance breathe-ability and comfort. This unique Emerald Green Shimmer Ballgown Skirt has a blue undertone making it beautifully color shift from a gorgeous emerald green to a sapphire blue undertone.
