Rococo Floral Ribbon Choker — 18th Century–Inspired Adornment - Pink Floral

Sale price$ 95.00 USD

In the salons and gardens of the 18th century, such adornments were worn close to the throat—soft declarations of refinement, intimacy, and ornament. This choker draws from that tradition, echoing the Rococo love of floral detail, delicate excess, and personal adornment.

Each piece is entirely handmade and sewn by me, using carefully selected vintage trims, vintage ribbon roses, and antique or vintage metal elements. No two are ever exactly alike. The work is slow and deliberate, honoring the materials and the history they carry.

The choker is finished with 60 inches of ribbon, intended to be tied by hand rather than clasped—allowing it to sit softly at the neck, gathered and adjusted to the wearer. While it may also be worn as a hair adornment, sash, belt, or garter, it is designed first and foremost to be worn as a choker, in the spirit of its historical origins.

These pieces feel discovered rather than produced—something once worn, kept, and returned. An ornament meant to move between eras, carrying the quiet romance of another century into the present.
