Marie Antoinette & Robe a la Francaise Corset Gowns
The Atelier
Immortelle is devoted to corsetry, adornment, and objects of quiet reverence.
Each Immortelle garment is conceived as an artwork in fabric — shaped by hand, guided by historical dress, and composed with care for silhouette, structure, and detail. Every piece is designed and created by the mistress of Immortelle, carrying her authorship and intention from first sketch to final stitch.
These are not reproductions, but singular expressions. No two Immortelle garments are ever exactly the same. They are meant to be discovered rather than purchased, worn rather than owned — objects of beauty that hold memory, presence, and time. To step into an Immortelle piece is to wear a work of art, one that continues its story with each woman who carries it forward.

A study in silhouette...
Structure Before Ornament
At Immortelle, the pannier is honored as both foundation and secret. Hidden beneath silk and lace, it quietly determines how fabric falls, how a gown moves, how history is felt rather than seen. Our panniers are crafted not as costume, but as living structure—supporting the garment above while echoing the artistry, restraint, and quiet power of the women who once wore them.

An 18th-Century Muse, The Immortelle Pompadour skirt...
Hommage à Pompadour
The Immortelle Pompadour skirt design was born from Inspired by François Boucher’s Portrait of Madame de Pompadour (1756), the Immortelle pompadour skirt was created as a study in movement and grace. In the painting, the skirts themselves carry the rhythm of the composition—layers of silk and lace gathering, releasing, and catching the light as they fall.
The Immortelle Pompadour skirt is built in cascading panels of gathered silk and lace, arranged to echo the volume and flow of Rococo court skirts. Each tier is meant to move with the body, creating softness without excess and structure without rigidity. This is not costume, but continuity—a modern interpretation that allows the elegance of the past to live on through fabric, motion, and quiet presence.

Adorned From the Immortelle Wardrobe
This look is assembled by Immortelle as queens once dressed—selecting, refining, allowing form and presence to speak. Nothing here is accidental; every element answers the other.

Poetry of the Open Front
A bodice ornament
The Immortelle stomacher is a decorative front panel designed to transform the spirit of a corseted gown. Pressure-fit into the open bodice and secured beneath the lacing, it allows the corset to remain beautifully open—revealing texture, ornament, and craftsmanship rather than sealing the garment into a single fixed form. Through interchangeable stomachers, one gown may live many lives, each panel offering a new expression of color, embroidery, and mood, extending both fit and style. This is dressing as it was once intended: layered, deliberate, and endlessly personal.
